Dear Mr Hart, I am writing to you to say a huge thank you for talking me into having one of your water softeners, I never really knew what a difference it could make to my husband’s hands with his eczema , and my appliances (the furry kettles!). Thanks also for the tidiness of your work whilst you were installing it, with very little disruption to our busy family life.
