Hi Adrian Hope you are well. The water softener is working well and I have been pleasantly surprised by the real difference it makes. I am a cynical person at the best of times about things like this but am pleased it does exactly what it says. The bathrooms now stay clean, shower screens need a quick wipe and our daughters dry skin is so much better and now never an issue.
